Use your own panels cut to the required dimensions listed in the product description. All acrylic panels should be 3 mm thick for proper fit and assembly.> Do I need acrylic panels?
- The displays are designed to support acrylic panels for a complete showcase appearance, but depending on your preferred style, the models can also be displayed without them.> Can I use other filament brands?
- Yes, but results may vary depending on:
- Printer calibration
- Material shrinkage

For the best fit and assembly experience, high-quality PLA filament is recommended.>Are the files easy to assemble?
- The models are designed for straightforward assembly, but basic 3D printing and DIY experience is recommended.
Some connections may require firm pressure during assembly. When properly connected, you should hear a clear “click”.> Can the frame be disassembled after assembly?
- No. The frame is designed as a permanent construction. Attempting to disassemble it may damage the printed parts.> Can I sell printed versions of the models?
- No. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or selling printed versions is prohibited without written permission from Bastion Design.> Can I share the STL files with others?
- No. Sharing, reselling, uploading, or redistributing the STL files is strictly prohibited.> What slicer settings are recommended?

- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Infill: 15–20%
- Supports: Only where necessary
- Material: PLA
Accurate dimensional calibration recommended. Settings may vary depending on your printer and filament.> What should I do if parts do not fit correctly?
- Check the following:
- Print scale is set to 100%
- No warping occurred during printing
- Printer calibration is accurate
- Filament tolerances are correct
- Supports and brim material are fully removed
Low-quality or inaccurate prints can affect assembly quality.> What is the Printing Time:
- Smaller configurations can be printed in as little as 8 hours, while larger or more elaborate setups may require up to 48 hours of printing time. Actual print times will vary depending on your printer, settings, layer height, and print speed.
